1. WHO CAN BE NOMINATED? Any teacher who is currently 18 years of age or older. A nominee may be voted “Teacher of the Month” only once.
2. WHO CAN DO THE NOMINATING? To make a nomination, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information submitted in nomination forms will be subject to verification. ODYSSEYWARE reserves the right to reject and disqualify any entry discovered to be false or fraudulent.
3. HOW TO NOMINATE A TEACHER: Nominations for “ODYSSEYWARE Teacher of the Month” will begin immediately and continue until ODYSSEYWARE chooses to end the contest.
4. SELECTING THE TEACHER OF THE MONTH: ODYSSEYWARE will review all eligible nomination forms about the 15th of the month to choose the Teacher of the Month based upon innovative use of technology in the classroom and dedication to teaching 21st century skills. The decision of ODYSSEYWARE is final and binding.
5. ANNOUNCEMENT/AWARDS/DONATIONS: One teacher will be selected each month and will be featured in the ODYSSEYWARE iQ eNewsletter. Each Teacher of the Month will be notified via telephone or email.
6. CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS: a. By participating in this program and accepting the award each Teacher of the Month hereby agrees: (i) that all decisions of ODYSSEYWARE with respect to this program are final and binding; (ii) to release ODYSSEYWARE, its parent company and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees from any and all claims in connection with the Teacher of the Month program; (iii) to allow ODYSSEYWARE to use names, voices, photographs, likenesses, biographical material, or nomination form used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation. b. ODYSSEYWARE reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement. c. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a nominator or nominee’s disqualification at the sole discretion of ODYSSEYWARE.
